    Hi,

How do you find out how long of property has been listed for sale on realestate.com.au & domain.com.au ?

    Thanks in advance

Ask a friend if you can piggyback off their subscription. You probably have 1 or more friends with a subscription.

Take a look on page 4 of the attached RP Data report, it talks about the last sale campaign and the last rental campaign. Really useful info on this page.

The free reports you can get from lenders don't include this info as far as I am aware. Myself and many other brokers have RP Data subscriptions and are happy to generate all sorts of reports for clients.
