I can't believe, now that we're so far into 2020, that we're still using this antiquated, last year's model, out of date thread to discuss LICs.:D

[Mod note: OK, here you go. A new model thread]

    Split off from 2019 thread

My mate (Tequila Kid) just introduced me to the best Bundy Rum ever:

    Bundaberg Rum 33 (75.9%)

PS: Just thought the new LIC thread should remain consistent with the past.

    Happy New Year All

    WTF!!!

That is all us old fart retirees can post about, while we are waiting for our next income/dividend “cheque” to be deposited into our living accounts (to be invested in more grog and coffee).

    100% sustainable :D.

Opened an expensive 2001 Shiraz for our visitors and the first thing my mate’s wife did was put ice cubes in it:rolleyes:. I’m still distraught at the sight of it:(. WTF was the first thing that entered my mindo_O.

It’s always at a discount so for those who are silly enough to concern themselves with such things best purchase it around or below “historical” NTA:).

Bloody hell!!! Now I am distraught as well :D.

BTW I believe there are some things that one should not share on PC and that was one of them ;).

To return fire, I know this guy who stores his shiraz in the fridge as he likes to drink it chilled PLUS my son’s in-laws all drink shiraz mixed with coca-cola .

Heaven forbid - where do these bogans come from?

Better get back on topic or Headmaster @Silverson might suspend us :).

Couldn’t help yourselves, didn’t even keep it on topic for a page. Looks like I’m going to have to be the fun police this year!

I’m going to have to get a drink to calm my nerves.

Side note, how much of a discount does WHF historically trade at @Nodrog ?

Well you were silly enough to tempt us. Telling geriatrics not to do something has the opposite result:).
