    Hi Jacque, Apologies for not replying earlier... this thread went off topic. There are heaps of Brisbane locations were $650k can get you a non flood prone splitter block (maybe more so a few months back), now which locations are best... maybe someone else is better to answer that. I did buy in the Redlands.... gorgeous part of Brisbane, and you can get reasonably affordable splitter blocks there. Talk to @rico2011 - he found a few amazing possibilities.
