    the trouble is any recommendation has to be made in writing in the form of a statement of advice. This is where the financial planner will often go off and ask someone else to write the SOA on their behalf and then add a 400% mark up and pretend they did it themselves.

    As for structure, this is legal advice and could not be legally advised upon by a financial planner (but that won't stop them!).
