LHA & SDA Minimum Standards Don't Work for HPS SDA

    There are massive vacancy issues in the wrong design. A Class 3 is likely to have bathrooms that look like a hospital.

    We spend around 600K on building a 3 bed plus OOA HPS house in Moreton Bay (closer to $500k last year) plus the land component. We have 5 houses finishing there this month and next, plus units, villas and other houses before Christmas.

    There is well located SDA in Moreton and there is poorly located stuff.

    If it's either poorly located or doesn't have auto everything installed, solar panels and battery system etc then the classification isn't going to matter, it'll be empty regardless.

    Have you worked with a provider that is focused on that or someone that is about sales commissions? Is it close to shops, parks, facilities.
