Absolutely! Seems your thread has worked.
So, what have you got to say or did you just start it?
We dont know much about you except for legal/accounting advice. Of which I consider 1st rate and helpful.
This is in the Living Room section afterall, so a place to unwind a bit.
Care to open up a little?

You dont have to, just asking. :)

If you look carefully, there are still plenty of property related discussions happening. Those properties people own haven't just disappeared and still need managing! :D

The ATO is still going to demand we business owners complete our BAS returns and our tax returns and so on.

It's all just being drowned out a bit right now. Right about now the "ignore thread" functionality I hope to build for the new version of the site, would come in really handy.

Well, its a bit like politics isnt it?
Some threads require an amount of political discussion in order to address the topic at hand as the govt of the day or indeed any future govts do make the rules under which we investors survive (or not!). Yet politics is not allowed to be discussed?
Bit like this virus, its affecting literally everything so hard to discuss property investing at this time without addresing this as a major risk.

Charlie Munger tells a story about when he was in Minnesota buying a fishing lure. He said to the shop owner 'My god, they're pink and green, do fish really take these lures?'
The old man replied, 'Mister, I don't sell to fish'

I think this quote is in a copy of Poor Charlie's Almanack - Official Website of PCA Publications , of which I think I might have a (signed) :D copy of somewhere.

    Well worth a read.
