It's hot in Perth. It was 25 degrees when I went to bed last night at midnight. Not nice.

Try this. It's general purpose but 1200 wet and dry is probably better.

I've attended two of the major archery tournaments in Victoria so far this year. Second place in one, then first place in another.

I'm also leading my local club's aggregate round so far.

All sport is now shut down, no more competitions. It looks like I'll be one of the two top ranked archers in the state for 2020. :)

He didn't get there because the 4th competitor (AKA Cupid) 'arrowed' the competition.

Cupid; Roman so we get cupidity
    Eros; Greek
    Eros married Psyche.

What a mess that has turned out to be.

If they played it out over the year, I'd probably rank about 3-6 in the Victoria. I was 6th last year. Somewhere in the top 40 Australia wide.

I'll probably be bouncing off the walls by this weekend with a need to shoot something. Still negotiating with my wife to set up a range in the backyard. Anyone want to hold up an apple for me? I will maintain social distancing. :D

If you're at a loose end for some obxcure reason and want something to occupy your mind, the State Library of Victoria has made its digital collection, including ebooks, available for free. Other libraries may have done the same.

My SDA housing stuff is still occupying large amounts of time. But it's very weird not flying. I'm usually interstate 3 days per week.

'Many years later, as he faced the firing squad, Colonel Aureliano Buendia was to remember that distant afternoon when his father took him to discover ice...'

That text was ahead of its times in many ways...
