    Im considering building a GF on an IP in NSW, but have not done this before.

    Ive started researching and speaking to a couple of GF builders to obtain quotes

    For those experienced with building GFs on their properties, what are your key lessons learnt or things to look out for? In particular what to expect in terms of timeframes, approvals and costs
