Leppington house and Land package- Buyer

    Hey Everyone

    Im planning to buy a house and land 260m2 package at leppington and was hoping to get your thought on this.

    My borrowing Capacity is 600k at the Moment and Concerned whether the Valuation for the land might be low after it’s registered. Been reading about agents selling at low prices and promising the Valuation to be higher and the buyers will be able to capitalise on the high Val leading to equity for Construction.

    Secondly I’m also considering North west but seems to be over our budget.

    Any info would be greatly appreciated

    Hi kishore,
    Are you registering land many months in advance? If so, then there would be valuation risk.

    Otherwise, just get a cooling off period.
