Not referring to you, as I can see no business details. But curious about others? Just seems like a lot of life?

That would be right! Do you get remunerated? Or is that the said trip?

None the less, where was my invite?

I must say I find these questions quite odd and off track. Something going on behind the scenes that we are not privy to?

Not sure what your referring, do people not talk anything other than 'my property is bigger than yours'? on this website.:)
The question is quite straight and to the point, I am asking about how people are remunerated given they invest their valuable time. i.e. 10,000 posts is not chicken feed.

    Its actually admirable.

I'm sure it happens but mostly we chat about property and try to help each other out. I will give you an example:

Subdivision Council require 5% of land value

I am in a collective group of forum members. So I could have said "that we the forum members are not privy to" but shortcut to "we" for ease.

Ask @Simon Hampel, the founder of this forum and the forum operator.

We have to actually pay to have our details listed here. I get most of my clients from this and the other site either directly or indirectly so pósting is a form of marketing.

What do you do for a living, @Leigh Birch? Anything to do with property?

Terry, I do not think it would be a bad thing for you to be paid (you deserve it). I'm not going to ask what they are serving in that café...enjoy your break!

Are you the same Leigh Birch from here? Birchcorp

If so looks like you have remuneration and commissions from wealth advice, financial products and investment advice?

I am sure @Simon Hampel would be happy to discuss a business membership too so you can have your own set of phone numbers and email address under your name, whilst contributing positively to a great community of investors.

To the rescue for Terry? I am a mate of Terry's, thank you for defending him though.

Yes your google works, and always disclosing wherever I get paid. Only asking questions, but from the start of the thread, I was actually defending you and other professionals. Refer back.

Hmm, never met him, never had anything to do with him at all, apart from reading some of his posts. You just seemed a bit aggressive (and now, defensive), and I noticed it.

Do you have a bee in your bonnet about something?

Goodo. There is another investment focused gentleman with the surname Birch who also has an office in Bella Vista, would not want there to be any confusion

No, I just like to know answers before I dive into anything, its a part of my make-up. i.e. I don't do anything without due diligence. Its easy to ask questions straight then to imply, or be on the wrong foot.
