Has anybody had any experience leasing to Dept of Human Services/Office of Housing etc? My sister in law is a PM for a government housing agency and mentioned that we could rent our Ip to them, and rent payment is guaranteed plus other perks. To be honest we rarely speak and I don't want to ask more as I don't want her to pressure us to do it, instead I was hoping to find out more about it if anyone has any experience or knowledge about how it works
I thought it sounded a bit far fetched. I'm confused- is the only issue insurance? Or are there other downsides?

Doesn't sound ideal. Do you have any particular issues in renting to normal tenants, through a property manager, like the conventional way?
