Has anybody had any experience leasing to Dept of Human Services/Office of Housing etc?
My sister in law is a PM for a government housing agency and mentioned that we could rent our Ip to them, and rent payment is guaranteed plus other perks.
To be honest we rarely speak and I don't want to ask more as I don't want her to pressure us to do it, instead I was hoping to find out more about it if anyone has any experience or knowledge about how it works

Your sister in law may need some code of conduct training.

I thought it sounded a bit far fetched. I'm confused- is the only issue insurance? Or are there other downsides?

To be honest I would like to avoid that type of tenant anyway, just wanted to know if there was any weight to what she said

    Doesn't sound ideal.
Do you have any particular issues in renting to normal tenants, through a property manager, like the conventional way?
