    Hi ya'll,

I recently acquired a house in Sydney which is 5 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and 3 kitchens as well as a detached 2 bedroom granny flat.

The house is divided into 3 separate self-contained living areas and I just wanted to know whether it's legal to lease it out separately and if so, which tenancy forms should I be using?

In the meantime. I'm waiting for a response from the insurance company in relation to all of this and more!

Does anyone own a similar property? What sort of hurdles have you ran into leasing it like this? I'm new to leasing to multiple tenants and would love any advice from PC members.

    Cheers in advance!

If it falls into the category of a boarding house then you will need to make it compliant. Sad well sad getting development consent.

What ate you providing in the way of off-streetparking?

Is the conversion to three separate self contained flats council approved?
