    Hi guys,

I'd like to learn more about development, as I'm a bit of an amateur at this. I'm doing 2 subdivisions at the moment and learning plenty in the process but was wondering if anyone can suggest any movies/online videos/books that would be worth watching/reading, to teach me more about subdividing/building/town planning/servicing etc?

I work 12+ hours a day so don't really have time to do a formal TAFE/Uni course but would be willing to spend a couple hours every now and then to learn bits and pieces.

    Thanks!

Ron Forlee is a good one. Gives you the basic framework.

This site is also informative to an extent. How to build a house

This is also a good course. The DIY Subdivision Kit

Also Bob Anderson does a good Boot Camp Course for around 5k for 2 people imo. Gives quite a few good contacts for all the states. I have engaged a few of them. Its really up to the individual what they get out of it though.
