Lead time on short term rentals

    Hi All,

    We are considering converting our IP to a short term rental.

    Located in Rosebud, Victoria.

    Just wondering what you guys think the optimum time to convert/start advertising would be to take full advantage of peak? Have we missed the peak for this season?

    It would a 3 three bedder, one bath potential for 6 adults and 6 children. 900 meters to beach.

    November to March was the peak time during a depressed period when I worked for a motel. Do not know your area but you should still be able to attract people (assuming there is a need for your accommodation) well at the moment.
