    Hey all
I dont understand zoning etc and My foLks live on 2.5 acres on the morn peninsula and They are wanting to know if its possible to sub divide!

I check the zoning for possible subdivision and the Zoning is LDRZ

Can anything be done with there property?

The Schedule to your LDRZ will specify the minimum lot size Check that number on the Schedule. If it says, say ,3800sqm then you can subdivide, as your land is large enough But if it says 10,000sqm yiu have a problem Hope this helps

4,000m2 minimum lot sizes but STCA. Best to call your council then speak to a townplanner/surveyor
