Lawyer Recommendation for WA Purchase

    Hi all,

    Could anyone please recommend a lawyer I could use for a WA purchase?
    Can a Sydney base lawyer do this or do I need to find one from WA?

    Can anyone also recommend how I could phrase the finance/B&P clause for the offer?

    There's standard REIWA ones that 99% of people use - have you had a look at them?

    I am in the process of purchasing in WA and am using MDH legal. You can ask them to review prior to submitting the offer. The REIWA O&A form and annexures have standard clauses for finance and B&P inspections.
