    Same sort of principal although it would be funny when a LL sells the house the money is taken from the bond to bring it back to a standard, however this is usually factored into the price.

    I can't think of an easy fix besides the tenant still holds power by moving into another property.

    End of the day same as there are good and bad tenants it is the same with good and bad landlords and it usually is the minority ruining it for the majority in both cases.
