    Haha a bit like parents raging at anyone smoking even remotely near their kids, while their kids chug down some good ole diesel fumes from their Gerlytruck (aka Family ute).

    Asbestos is fine as long as it is not tempered with, moved, cut etc.

    It's only when maintenance needs to be completed is when it is going to be come an issue as you need specialist team in to remove it.

    How are you going with negotiations?

    I've decided not to go ahead, not because of asbestos but I felt it had a bad layout to do anything with. Plenty of fish in the sea.
