VIC Landlord insurance options?

    Currently with EBM who cover building, tenant rent default and malicous damage
    So far I can only find EBM and Terry sheer who can cover that

    IS there anyone else?

    In a Covid world look for un paid rent being covered

    Yes thats what I want. So like I was saying, I can only for EBM and Terri Sheer that do this

    DO anyone else do this?

    It was explained to me recently, I haven't checked. Only one of those 2 have it on new policies

    I believe PIP have it too, check through your PM though.
    Not recommending over the others, just another option.

    Pretty much any insurer will cover building, rent default and malicious damage in some form. However, I believe what you're referring to are the specialist policies that have much more comprehensive coverage than the traditional insurers. Here are a few examples on top of the two you mentioned:
    - PI-Plus
    - AON
    - Honan

    I'm also wondering other Melbourne / Victorian residents opinion on who provdides the "better" landlord insurance policy?

    Rent, Theft are the main two, that many other either don't allow, or are optional covers. Website below is my source, as well as many different options to choose from (included, as well as optional).
