    Hi All,

I am planning to lease my IP to Anglicare for 3 yrs lease and wondering if regular Landlord insurance will be enough to cover me for any liabilities? Also, any reason I should not do get into such agreements? Positives for me: they are paying $100 extra compare to if I lease it to a family. Cons: they will do minor modification but will fix everything as is when they leave.

    TA...

Unfortunately most insurance companies wont provide Landlords insurance cover for head leasing agreements. You need to ask your provider about this.
