Landlord insurance for Strata property

    Hi,

    I own a 3Bed2Bath2parking townhouse and I'm planning to rent it out. This is a Strata property. Any suggestions on a good insurance provider that provide good rental return protection with the just the contents insurance. When I check most of the insurance providers only give 10% of the contents insurance as rental default or rental loss due to accidental damage which would only cover couple of months of rent. Anyway around this?

    Should I be insuring higher value for the contents even though its actually around $30000
