Landlord insurance for commercial property

    I was wondering if there's anyone out there with a commercial property, and has landlord insurance or similar? Considering getting some but would like to hear other people's experiences with this. Thanks!

    I have previously discussed this with some brokers, it is generally not worthwhile - not cost effective, bond and personal guarantees are held to offset some risk.
