Land Value search for property

    We are searching for second IP and due to possible land tax implications, we want to see if there are public data provided to determine the current land value of a particular property, so that it would help us determine possible land tax payable before buying the IP. Is there such information available?

    Now I assume different state would have different authorities, I am looking at NSW and VIC at the moment.

    NSW Globe

    Use NSW Globe to:
    • view your land value spatially and for free
    • compare your land value to other NSW land values
    • see how your land value has changed over the last five years
    For valuation information go to the Valuer General's website www.valuergeneral.nsw.gov.au.
