    Hi all,

I have a property in Victoria which I was living in for a couple of years.
After this time, I moved out of the property and leased it out.
    I'm currently renting myself.

I didn't receive a Land Tax notification last year, and just wanted to confirm that I am indeed exempt, since this property is still my PPOR (since I haven't purchased another property I am claiming as the PPOR).
I don't want any surprise when the SRO realise I'm not living there :)
