Land Tax on a POR property that has a secondary dwelling QLD

    Anyone know , exactly how land tax is calculated on a Principle place of residence (POR) property , that has a secondary dwelling. Also what factors are considered in thi s.

    ie
    Is amount of rent for the secondary dwelling considered?
    If the secondary dwelling is not being rented and not available for rent, is it still liable for land tax?
    What factor does the relative floor size of the buildings ?
    What factor does exclusive yard space play ?
