So, I understand I can offset part of my land tax with the rental deductions I have provided my tenant during Covid-19

In the case the tenant pays all outgoings including land tax, I suppose this 'deduction' is not applied for the final outgoings paid by the tenant? ie. I assume the full land tax should be passed to the tenant and any discount is then 'reimbursed' to me?

Any idea? I am sure I am not the only one in this situation.

    Thanks
