    Purchasing a land at Parkland state in Qld for primary place of residence.
    Not much of information is available on line. Has anyone else purchased a land in this state. Any positives, negatives.

    Tips on what to watch out for?

    Is it all sold out? The other poster referenced it being a sold out estate. The other poster was buying there too.

    From memory (poor).

    Heard references to ppl investing in Somerset. Am considering doing the same.
