When a bank calculates the valuation of your already subdivided lot, i.e. do they calculate the value of the 4 lots only (land only) or do they also include the common land. E.G We have 4 lots of 180m2 and common land of 100m2 How is the bank going to calculate the total value ?
The common land is just that - common The value would be based on the value of each individual lot and its entitlement/share of the common land In this case it would be four lots @ 180sqm.
