    $200 commission deal for agent. The whole thing would be eaten up in legal fees to get over line. A case where the admin side would cost more the property.

    Only a few hundred bucks for each trip to cover fuel and maintenance for the chopper, great strategy! :)

    Might be worth it if you could get an idea it might be rezoned one day, or could get access.
