New user, sorry if missed something.

Me and my wife have been looking around Bayswater and Morley area for few days now to build our home and looking at this land:
5A Rundal Street Bayswater WA 6053 - Residential Land for Sale #201699650 - realestate.com.au

What do you think of the the area and land, is it a good buy or anything we need to beware of?
