    Hi All,

Have received a land contract for a new development area with a few questionable clauses with respect to easements. Special conditions state that Purchaser will not exercise Purchasers rights (claim compensation, rescinding contract etc) as a consequence of any change or alteration of easements. Additionally there are also clauses with respect to not being able to lodge a caveat on the property/lot.

Is this typical of new untitled developments?

    Cheers,
