Hi guys, Ray White Labrador manages my investment property at this stage. They are beyond terrible. Looking for recommendation good managing agent in the area. Also want to make sure that you don't pick Ray White as your managing agent if you are considering. I had 5 investment properties and only had bad experience twice (one small family operated no name agency) and this one who is also family operated. Mum is fantastic (work in sales), but I am dealing with daughter who opinionated, lazy and does not have any integrity. Here is my rant: there is a water leak, has been for few months. Agent need constant reminder to get this fixed. Two months later I get 2 quotes: 1 and 3 K. So I said this is very big discrepancy, get a third quote. Agent sent 3K quote to 1K quote and asked them to make the same, then said to me here are 2 of the same quotes, copied me on email trail etc.... Plumber sent pictures where ceiling in laundry missing, shower screen falling off, cracks, water damage... Agency sent everything is OK inspection report. I have contacted insurance, insurance said get a quoter to state 'water damage'. I have passed this request to my agent, she said that in her opinion this is not all water damage, and that was end of it. Anyway, this is just one episode. I should have changed them when she advertised my place below market price, like by $50 a week below. Her rational was that she thought I want a tenant quick, which means below market price.
