    Sure did :)

We got their 1.5 hours before tip off - and watched him warming up. Crazy handles - and amazing shooting.

As expected - he played awesome the two games we watched. Against the knicks - he went for 34 points in 28 minutes.

Only problem with Curry is that you don't usually get to watch him play the 4th quarter :-(

    Cheers

    Jamie

Did you stock up on the merchandise there? Jerseys from every game? :)

Can't wait to go over.. and see some MLB

@Chrispy - we chose to fly NY to Buffalo and head straight onto a two day bus or train tour to the falls (cannot recall which and not booked yet). We were advised to stay on the Canadian side and we then go back to stay one night in Buffalo to see some Art Deco buildings. Where we can use trains we are doing so (mostly in Europe). We have to organize online visas to go to the Canadian side.

Have you booked accommodation in NY yet? I have booked my very first airBNB there. Cheaper than an hotel and nicer I think.

Stephen Curry’s Bombs Are Too Good To Be True*
I found the article that has the sports science video on Steph Curry's long range bombs if anyone is interested.

No kidding. I just saw they tied the all time win record and have one game to set the new record. Most of those games would be over by quarter time I imagine.

    Steph is a wizard - he's unbelievable.

Yep - they just won their 72nd regular season game - against the only team that stands a chance against them (the spurs). They now jointly hold the record with the 95/96 bulls team. On Thursday they play the Grizzlies - if they get the win - they will hold the record for most wins in a regular season.

    Cheers

    Jamie

Amazing. Never thought another team would do what the 96 bulls did

They still need to win a lot of rings to do what those Bulls did, though 009Sports.jpg !

And the Cubs are the early favourites for the World Series !

Some reckon the view is better from the Canadian side, less built up/no advertising on the US side believe it or not.
Visa for Canadia? We didn't even have to stop when we were there, but did for the novelty of another passport stamp.

Wylie ... Many thanks for that information. We are staying at Homewood Suites, Times Square South.

I stay with Homewood when I am in Dallas and find them really good. We get a full breakfast each day plus an evening meal Monday to Thursday, all included. There is a kitchen supplied and a full size fridge. Plus I had so many Hilton points that I got the first 6 days free using my points. The location looks pretty good.

I did look at going Airbnb but I needed two separate beds, being as I am going with my son and that worked out more expensive than Homewood.

It will be tough for them to win 5 more titles, Euro. But possibly more likely than the Cubs breaking the curse:D

    That's some grade A prognostication.
    Or just one eyed fandom.
Good to see Cleveland and Chicago in there.

10 innings sounds like an awful lot, even for someone who doesn't know much about baseball.

Best game ever!! I wasn't much of a cubbies fan before the post season, but watching them in this series was something special. Amazing.. I think I'll be getting the mlb subscription next year
