    Hi Guys,

Just hoping for some inspiration on what to do with this kitchen. We are looking to do up and sell the property .Its a really neat kitchen and in good condition. Would you paint cabinets and change benchtop? Or take the whole thing out? People who have painted cabinets before is it really obvious to a buyer they have been painted. Im thinking of putting in stone benchtops ...

I'd definitely invest in the 2pac paint job.. not as much $$ as the stone bench but bigger impact.

Really depends on the rest of the house, and area as to what type of market you are trying to appeal to ? ;)

For me, i like it, mostly o_O

In the pic it all looks presentable and functional.
Only thing l personally would change is the floor ties, they dont suit

Otherwise, save the money as everyones tastes and idea's are different.

(Years ago i worked in demolition, its amusing when someone has spent a tens of thousands on a full reno, and the purchaser just knocks it down to build new  )

I agree. That kitchen looks fine (apart from the floor). Are there other parts of the house where money could be better spent?

Same.. new tiles or vinyl plank floor thats less 90's beige would really lift it.
