reverse living is normal nowadays on cramped up blocks which need to put the carpark on the ground floor. pretty normal in st Kilda and sth melb townhouses see it everywhere.
Agreed. It's fantastic if there's a view, but otherwise you're just dragging everything upstairs all the time.
Currently designing a reverse living floor plan for 2, 3 storey homes. The main reason is to capture the panoramic city views . Well worth it in that case. Doesn't make sense to waste million dollar views on kids bedrooms.
