Has anyone seen the kits from Best Granny flats?

For example The Deakin from $13,500 | Best Granny Flats costs approx 14K. (I assume this is materials only).

After builder costs , plans and everything is accounted for, it's still not too bad a price.
Is it worth it or not worth the hassle?

Wouldn't be any different to just getting one built on site all told. For 13k you're just getting some colorbond.
