2br level 8 apartment near me just sold for $1.55m. City views but no water views. Would not have believed a few years ago. The cross is more desirable than double bay now

I've heard stories of these mythical $2 booths.

There is Council regulations that no new Adult venues be allowed to open.

So eventually the area will be residential .

The Strip Clubs are not doing well as their heydays in the 70's and rely in iverseas tourists.

I stayed for 5 days last year, I liked it, during the day it was really nice, at night was busy but not unlike any other entertainment district I have been to. I did walk around during the day and the houses and area's around this area are very nice.

I have been warned not to touch the walls in those booths.

Much of which went to drug dealers. Or to pimps to whores and then back to drug dealers again ...

    Not a great cycle ...

True. but they would have spent money also on food, drink, cigarettes, gambling, rent, cars, petrol, etc etc.

This expenditure would find it's way to local businesses and government coffers. Of course some Centrelink income would go there but not much in comparison.

I reckon they could scrape those walls and obtain DNA samples that could land a few people in troble lol.

Part of the 20 billion dollar (or so) black economy. Indirect taxes net some money in though.

Get the body secretion version of Dexter in there. Could be some familiar names on that list.
