    Hi fellow PC members,

We are thinking of purchasing an IP in Kellyville area and would like to know whether there is any flood or bushfire zone to watch out for.

Is there any website where we can check these information? TIA

We are thinking to focus on the Kellyville village pocket where properties are around 40 years old on decent size block (above 600 sqm)

Do you guys think it has potential capital growth or is it going to be a bad investment?

    Happy to hear your thoughts.

    Thanks in advance

The council website should have links to flood diagrams and fire zone, RFS may also have the info online.

The S149 certificate will also indicate whether the land is fire or flood prone.
