    I do 12 hour shift work day and nights.
    I go to the gym on my lunch breaks & always bring my food from home.
    I use to go to the gym 5 days a week years ago then slowed right down to nothing for a few months, now I'm back to about 3 times a week.
    Remember being healthy is mostly about what you eat not the excerise.

    Absolutely. I run every second morning. Helps me attack each day with a clear head. Often solve some problems mid run. I find it stops me from getting sick in the winter as well.
