One of my current tenants has had a rough time, having to move houses a number of times due to owners selling etc. I assured him that I have no plans to sell anytime in the near or distant future at this stage. He's been very happy in the house with his son and has now offered to redo the front retaining wall (which I hate the look of at present) and the garden as a thankyou. How good is that? He's a builder and landscaper so I happily took him up on the offer. Oh, and it's at no cost to me. Bonus!
