    Just remember that the repairs on these properties are high due to the salt in the water.

    I would avoid unless you are local. Maybe a spec play by a large investor.

    Just a whole lot of problems in general that are not present in your big 4 cities

    Not sure if it is rust or a massive calcium build up

    and look, Karratha is one of the most affordable "cities" in the world with a house to wage ratio of 2.1 !
