The first one is 1.1km - 15mins walk at average speed (+ waiting for traffic lights to change). This is fine.
The second one is a 30min walking distance. No good for walking.
Both are a few minutes drive.

It's also wise to careful look at the my property lookup results and / or do a flood check. One of these is affected by overland flow.

Gave our tenant notice as partner had left, mate moved in (not on lease) and house, yard were not up to scratch. Was concerned as a few highsets had been sitting vacant for a while, listed at 370, nothing for first week, then had 3 groups through a week ago , with 2 apps. Ex.refs, cop and medic. tenant out yesterday, new ones in next Friday as I wanted to do some painting, repairs and tidy up.

Its really interesting with a high vacancy rate for the suburb, that places are getting rented out quickly, as we found out too. Who is your PM.?

I would say the deck and also full length pergola. Hisets just have space....they inspected when it was a mess so was a bit surprised that it went quickly... basic house otherwise.....................

I think the huge amount of new units is affecting those rates.Yours was a hiset also....would rather your rent though.... We use ljhooker. Purchased through them. So far happy with them...deal with one lady and easy communication.

Hi Sue, I did some more detailed work earlier on in this post and eliminated all units, but still high vacancy. Could be new house builds. But glad you have rented out all ok.

I was doing some research yesterday for my (soon going to be) vacant prop there. Its a 3/2/1 and if you search by the exact criteria there are only 2 others advertised there.
