    My guess is that they are both unconditional by now or at least in a bidding war.

    I've just done some further reading. I would pass on the first house, it floods. Probably not for a beginner. It's had over 3000 viewings on the net and hasn't been snatched up by anyone from this forum for landbanking.

    The second one is not listed on the flood map for now, but it is close to those that do. I think it will have some capital growth in the future due to being close to desirable facilities, but it is on a busy road. I couldn't open its real estate listing so I couldn't see anything more helpful, sorry, and it jamned up when I went onto PDOnline.

    Perhaps you will get more responses if you ask again on the main Kallangur thread
