Who is David Han and Kaleido Loans?

My name is David, I'm a lending specialist at Kaleido Loans, a mortgage broking company based in Parramatta in Western Sydney. Previously, I worked for the major banks at Westpac and St George. I became a mortgage broker because I am passionate about sharing my experience and learning with others to help them achieve their financial goals.

I am a fully qualified mortgage broker with a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and a full member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). I am also a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).

How am I different to other mortgage brokers?

• I take an end to end approach to assisting my clients which means that I will guide and help the client from beginning to end, not just relating to their finance enquiry but helping them understand the complicated steps of buying a property or refinancing their loan etc
• I am supported by a dedicated Client Service Team so you have multiple contact points with us
• Use my experience and education to help clients avoid making mistakes in their financial decisions
• Continue servicing my clients after settlement so I can become a trusted adviser and not just another mortgage broker arranging a loan
• Treat my clients the way I wish to be treated when dealing with a professional for advice and guidance
