    Has anyone joint ventured into purchasing land, hold and developed to sell later on?

    There are the obvious advantages in JV.
    Just really wanted to hear some of the headaches in JV experience some people may have faced, before I weigh up the options of going down this road.

    Any comments will be appreciated

    Suggest you do an online search on Matt Jones. He talks a lot about JV, pros and cons :)
