But isn't that dependent on ones strategy? Some pile up loans and some sell down to pay off loans. The end game for each person is different.

Nothing to do with the strategy.

Well done,50k is 50k some people will say it's not fair, but that's the reality of buying property short term, some people hold for 5 years and still make zero, and once you get a good Accountant you can turn that 50k into 100k even faster..imho..

You all are baited so easily..
All DB needs to do is write one post and sit back for a day and there is 20+ replies every time..

None of your posts (bar ones in defence of DB - which also would not be needed if no members wrote garbage) are needed..

Ask a question if that's what you are genuinely curious about.

Yes our posts are open to scrutiny, but some members here wait with baited on posts by particular members.

Really, I think it just makes a nice change from all the current spruiking, there is only so much you can take in one day.:p

I particularly liked the temple thread, I thought that was fun, fullylucky? he was possibly taking the **** but at least it was entertaining.

Yes it is, hence it is doing good so far. Not listed in the over supplied suburbs or high investor area.

    The future outlook is good.

I am not too worried about tge exact number, but it's not too hard to work out an approx worst case/best case on $50k profit, guestimate - 35k, best case scenario, 2% selling and 50% discount @ 30% tax cap
