    hey guys and girls
    iam wondering where every one find partners for such deals ?
    can you elaborate how you built the relationship between use ?
    what is a fair share for a money partner ? for a reno ? reno, sub divide ? etc
    are they usually different due to more risk ?
    do you usally pay the money partner on a percentage on profit ? or on borrowed money not loans borrowed . say they through in 100k yes it might be a 500K investment but u only borrowed 100k example only

    If you read the forum and Somersoft, you will see the general recommendation is to avoid - so many things can go wrong it's not funny + it affects your serviceability.
    There was a subject on it recently, check the search function - not older than a couple weeks.
