    I think John McGrath has been saying it for the last 3 years. FWIW, I think he's right but with the continued growth in Sydney and Melbourne, SEQ won't get a look in until those markets cool off.

    But the fact remains we are coming off a low base & our economy is recovering......boom! ;)

    Prior cycles were the same. It seemed all the action was in Sydney and Brisbane and Gold Coast were in waiting mode. And then suddenly boom they play catch-up of 5 years in the space of 2.
