    Excellent resource - thanks for sharing!!

    It explains property market trends really well. Sydney and surrounds are very strong and so is Melbourne.

    Not too good for even Brisbane and a lot of bad news to continue for Perth. Adelaide is bad too.

    In conclusion, Sydney and Melbourne are rising behind strong job growth and not speculation!
