Was wondering if anyone had done a development with Jo Chivers at Property Bloom and what their experience with her was? They are located in the Hunter and do dual occ and medium density developments for their clients.
I was speaking to her a couple of months ago about the services she offers. Would be great to hear from anyone who has worked with her?
Hi Todd, my friend and I worked with Jo and her team in 2015/2016 and it was a fabulous process. No complaints at all. We are still very happy with our property - dual occ which we separated and now hold one each. I can't recommend her highly enough. Her estimates were spot on for the end value and she is worth the $. Good luck!
Thanks KatieF. I haven't used them yet. Need to wait a couple of months when my wife will be at full time work and we should be able to get finance again. Am going to speak to Jo then. Will post here when I have.
